GAV Company was established in 2020 with AIM to build world class standard in Hospitality Services and Hospitality Education to develop International skills in India.

GAV Hospitality Services LLP is professionally managed organisation engaged in providing Hospitality Business consultancy, Manage & Operates Hotel, Restaurants & Bars, Resorts, Pubs, and other Hospitality related businesses PAN India. GAV promoters are with rich hospitality background in hotel administration, training and development and experience of worlds best brands in hospitality Industry like, Aman Resorts Pte, Intercontinental Hotels, Marriott International, Bharat Hotels, to name few. Apart from Hospitality Industry GAV have experience in Airlines and media organization as well. GAV was established to facilitate the skill gap faced by Industry across the Global.

International Hospitality School

GAV has partnered with CII for the International Hospitality Education to be delivered at their centers through VET by EHL. GAV & CII assure 100 % Placement of all qualified students after 18 month of diploma in Star Category Hotel.

Exam Services

GAV facilitate International exams PAN India (Pen and Paper Base as well as Computer Delivery) in their state of art centers. We conduct and facilitate High Stake Exams for global universities as well as business houses and embassies.

GAV has created Business centers for confidential meets, work stations, cabins training rooms, conference rooms and computer lab available for one time and long time use.

Hotel & Administration

GAV Manages and operates Hotels which are five start super deluxe / penthouses and service apartments for their valuable clients.

Food Business

GAV Manages Restaurants and Night Clubs

Graduates of the Culinary Professional Diploma will be proficient in the following activities and will be distinguished by the following behaviours:
  • They prepare hot and cold food dishes following different recipes and different methods of cooking.
  • They demonstrate the ability to work in kitchen operations autonomously and in a team, even under stressful circumstances.
  • They are proficient with the principles of occupational health and safety, health protection and environmental protection.

Certificates

  • Foundation – In this first certificate, students will acquire the basic skills required to be operational in a professional kitchen. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
  • Intermediate – After having acquired the skills to operate independently in the kitchen, students will be exposed to different types of cuisine and kitchen operations. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
  • Advanced – Following 1-year of studies or combined with previous professional experience, students will focus on advanced culinary and kitchen management skills. To complete the program, the skills learned will be reinforced and applied during the On-the-Job experience.
